Shipping Policy

• All orders are shipped in 2-4 business days of when the order was received

• All packages shipped via USPS usually in a box, bubble mailer or a polybag depending on the order

• Shipping transit speed is determined by the USPS and is out of my control once packages are dropped off at the USPS

• Delivery times start when the packages are handed off to the post office

• USPS delays are out of my control, so keep that in mind for expected delayed holiday shipping times or general delays when placing orders for time-sensitive gifts

Returns Policy

• I do not accept returns, but please contact me with any concerns BEFORE PURCHASING if you need anymore information about the product

Cancellation

• I do not accept order cancellations after 12 hours due to my shipping and processing times.  Please contact me before 12 hours passes to ensure your order is cancelled and isn't already heading out the door to the post office.

Problems?

• My order hasn't arrived:  If your order hasn't arrived and the post office has listed it as delivered, please contact the post office to see where your package was left.  They have GPS on their scanners and are able to track down where it was delivered.  If it was delivered to the wrong address, they can help assist in getting your package.  If they delivered to your address, they won't be able to assist.
